Bryn was playing poker for quite some time before this website was started by a FOB (Fan of Bryn). He played, he won big, he lost big. Anyone who watched could see this was a kid with talent and guts. A young gun fearlessly firing away at every pot, with a hope and a dream, sometimes taking unnecessary hits to his bankroll through wildly aggressive tactics. Sometimes he even thought about quitting the game. But not for long. Bryn would be right back at the game he loves: Poker. It's not easy to KNOW you've got the "right stuff" to be a poker pro, and find yourself winning big and then going broke. In fact, in the early days Bryn often went TTF (to the felt).

In the two years since this Bryn Kenney promotional website was started, "tha kid" has refined his already incredible game. Bryn has transformed himself. He is no longer a "WANNA BE" poker pro. BRYN IS a Poker PRO. Bryn is not only a consistent winner, he has taken seriously the art of bankroll management. Bryn doesn’t go to the felt anymore. In fact, he sometimes mentors and supports other talented players.

What some might take for granted is a story in diligence, effort, and focus. Anyone who has watched Bryn from the beginning knew that Bryn had enormous talent and incredible heart for the game. Bryn has absolutely delivered on his promise: Taking down numerous high prize tournaments, multi-tabling high-stakes cash, traveling the world in professional tournaments, many of which he won seats for on PokerStars. Bryn achieved Supernova ELITE in the last few days of 2007. That one accomplishment alone reflects Bryn’s total commitment to the game. HUGE!

All of us who believed in Bryn from Day 1 are extremely happy to see how far he has come in such a relatively short time. And love him or hate him, there is no denying that Bryn is a force in the poker world. Still only 21, it will be remarkable to see where Bryn takes himself in another two years. For fans, the fun is still in the watching.

For this ultimate Bryn Kenney observer, while loving the “new” Bryn, I sometimes miss the “old” Bryn: the one I encouraged and supported back when he used to sit short in cash games and play over his bankroll. But there’s no going back. Bryn is on his way. Bryn Kenney in a word is: CONFIDENCE. Bryn is a CHAMPION.

Please join the number one fan of “The World’s Greatest” in wishing Bryn congratulations and continued success in the future. Bryn had roots. Now he has wings. I believe he can FLY. I’ll be watching. Long live the KING ;-)
